The service life of Electric Customized Vehicles, as well as the reliability of their work and the economy of their use, depend largely on the initial running-in period. During the running-in period, they should be driven at a relatively low speed and should not be fully loaded.

The main purpose of running-in is to make each component of the Electric Vehicle work better together, which can improve the quality and precision of the Electric Vehicle in the future.
And it can avoid wear and tear of the vehicle. In the early days of using Electric Customized Vehicles, we should do the following.
1. Avoid rapid starting, rapid acceleration and unnecessary emergency braking during use; start and accelerate slowly when restarting. The initial speed should be controlled within 20Km/h; if the mileage of the Electric Vehicle is less than 60% of the rated mileage when it is used for the first time, please stop using the vehicle and contact the manufacturer's after-sales department as soon as possible.
2. Check whether the battery, electronic control, and motor connection wires are hot and loose; check the temperature of the reducer, rear axle, wheel hub and brake drum frequently. If there is overheating (greater than 60℃), check and eliminate the fault. During this period, the battery cannot be deeply discharged, which will cause great damage to the battery.
