1. The clutch pedal must be stepped on in place when the Golf Cart shifts gears;
2. The clutch of the Golf Cart needs to be adjusted frequently, and the free travel of the clutch pedal is 20-30mm (the gap between the release bearing and the release grease is 3-4mm). There are two places to adjust the free travel: one is the adjustment nut at the connection between the cable and the release fork shaft. The other is the adjustment nut located below the pedal bracket;
3. After a period of running-in, a new Lithium Golf Carts shift cable has elongated. When adjusting, put the transmission lever in the neutral position, loosen the lock nut of the transmission end flexible shaft joint, and adjust the length.
At the same time, make the Lithium Golf Carts transmission gear selection shaft arm and the shift shaft arm in the middle position. When shifting gears, the operating handle must be pushed to the correct position, otherwise the matching gears will not be fully engaged.
