The so-called toe adjustment refers to the angle between the direction of the vehicle body moving forward or backward and the plane of the front wheel or rear wheel, and is also called the distance difference between the front end and the rear end of the front wheel in the Y direction of the vehicle. Before sharing the toe adjustment with you, I first briefly explained what toe is. The following are the methods for adjusting it.
1. The steering wheel is in the middle position, so that the Lithium Golf Carts is in a horizontal and straight driving position;
2. Keep the tire pressure normal;
3. Adjust the length of the left and right tie rods;
4. Check whether the ball head of the front cantilever is damaged;
5. Regularly check whether the fasteners of the connection parts of the front axle are loose.
6. Golf Cart need to check whether the rubber sleeves of the front leaf spring and the rubber sleeves of the connecting plate are worn, and replace them if necessary.
