1. Golf Cart motor wiring method: The four cables leading out of the motor are marked as follows: A1-start of synchronous motor winding, A2-end of synchronous motor winding, D1 (D3)-start of series-excited winding, D2 (D4)-end of series-excited winding. D2 is connected to A1, and the motor can be rotated by applying working voltage between D1 and A2. If you want to return to D1.D2 or A1.A2, you can do any set of swaps.
2. There are four inspection windows at the commutator end of the Lithium Golf Carts motor, which are used to observe and maintain the commutator and replace the brushes.
3. The minimum allowable insulation resistance performance of the Lithium Golf Carts motor is (250V megohmmeter): 0.5mΩ for motors below 45V, and 1mΩ for motors between 45-100V.
4. If necessary, clean the small grooves between the phase plates and the carbon powder on the commutator surface.
5. Golf Cart motors are not allowed to start at high speed.
6. Open the shutters regularly and check whether the commutation parts and brushes are normal.
